About Us

Debbie Loffman: Broker/Owner/Regional Property Manager

As founder of Landlord Protection Service, Debbie was the first person to own and operate a tenant screening company in Northern California. The business collected eviction notices in every courthouse in Northern California and landlords would call to see if their prospective tenant had ever been evicted. The company grew to 11 employees with four franchises in different states.

Taking advantage of an opportunity to sell her tenant screening company, Debbie got her Broker’s license and started Loffman Property Management in 2004.

With a strong background in business and tenant screening, Debbie is careful that good tenants be placed in each of the properties the company manages and that none of the rentals are neglected. Debbie continues to win awards for excellence, and our company is the top award winning property management company in the region.

Tom Loffman: Realtor/Co-Owner/Computer and Technology Support

Tom has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and joined his wife Debbie in forming Loffman Properties. His extensive technical and computer skills gives our company a competitive edge. He maintains our website and computers, and handles all technical issues that occur.

Prior to his real estate career, Tom worked as a TV Meteorologist for almost 30 years. Locally he was seen on three stations: Channel 3 (KCRA), Channel 13 (KOVR), and Channel 31 (KMAX). He has published three weather books and taught meteorology at Sacramento State University. Tom graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Climatology.

Tom is committed to providing the same level of service and excellence to real estate and property management clients that he provided in weather forecasting.

Ali Browning: Office Manager/Accounting/Bookkeeping - Leasing Agent

Ali keeps Loffman Property Management organized. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent.

She helps us maintain our financial records and is an expert at running our property management software.

Ali has a natural attention to detail and does the work of two people with ease.

She is married with two children.

Jaclyn Caramazza - Leasing Agent

Jaclyn has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2006 and recently joined Loffman Property Management as a Leasing Agent. Her extensive knowledge of real estate and property management is a welcome addition to our company.

Jaclyn is married, has two children, and lives in Folsom.

We are located in the Rocklin Professional Building next to Strikes near Lonetree and Sunset Blvd.

Our office hours are 9am to Noon, Monday through Wednesday. We show rentals in the afternoon and evenings.
